Attainable Golf Homesites at Nakoma

When people think of luxury homes for sale a variety of visuals come to mind — stunning architecture, beautiful design elements and finishes, generous square footage and privacy.

Other real estate buyers are looking for frontage on a beautiful golf course and stellar views.

At the heart of Nakoma Resort lies the Dragon golf course, an expansive 140-acre mountain course with 7,015 yards of fairway and more than seven miles of cart path.

The Dragon is undeniably beautiful. I have a lot of golf aficionados tell me that unlike anywhere else they have played, the Dragon has no “filler” holes. Every fairway is intentional, laid out in response to the mountain topography with almost all tee boxes and greens boasting beautiful vistas.
